6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold on HowLow: illegal goods, counterfeit items, stolen property, weapons, hazardous materials, and any items that violate applicable laws or regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions on HowLow shall first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Ethiopian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

HowLow acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for the accuracy of seller descriptions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

HowLow reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Modifications to Terms

HowLow may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
